Seriously, being jammed or damped should be no issue for any missile boat.
Now go away and learn how FOFs work...
Their range is tied to your ship's max locking range. Jammed has no effect - but if you are damped, then so are your FOFs...if YOUR locking range is 20km, then it's 20km for your FOFs too.
If you don't believe me, go run some tests with a corp mate. ---
I don't mind you disagreeing with me. Just don't say I don't have the SKILLS to comment. |

Granted, and I apologise. I have had the week from hell, but shouldn't vent it on the forums.
I still think the information on sensor damping is correct though...and I don't see how you'd get a distinction between an NPC-induced lock rang of 20km and player-induce lock range of 20km...show info on your ship in boths cases stills says "20km"... and from the tests we did, a ship INSIDE that range would be FOF'd, OUTSIDE it would not. ---

Disagree
Then something has changed since last we tested in our corp. I will rerun tests. Thanks for the clear and concise image Sandeep. ---

Cheers Venkul. It hadn't used to be so...looks like it was a bug all that time. Hehe, who knew? ---
